Elise is in charge of the Hospitality and Oenotourism at the winery. Being great with people, she is passionate about planning and hosting events. With her out of the box ideas, she will make sure to turn a simple visit to the winery into a wonderful experience. Her team, will ensure that you discover IXSIR and the magic behind it’s award winning winery. They are always happy to tell the story of this 17th century Seignorial house, to explain how Red, White and Rose wines are made and to answer questions about IXSIR’s winery and what makes it a green building. After the complimentary wine tasting, the girls will have the pleasure of helping you choose your favorite wine from our Boutique.
