Gabriel Rivero is IXSIR’s Technical Manager. He spent 10 years as the winemaker of Sociando Mallet in Medoc Bordeaux. He came to Lebanon as the technical manager of a major wine producer before co-founding IXSIR in 2008. Gabriel is Spanish, from Madrid, where he received his oenology degree. Rugby fans may recognise him from his career as a professional rugby player, which included time as captain of the Spanish National Team.
