It is under the supervision of Gabriel Rivero that our Production and Viticulture Team make the wine. From the pruning of the vines and taking care of our different terroir throughout the year to the arrival of the grapes at harvest time, remontage, bottling sometimes almost two years later, and boxing the bottles to send them around the world, this team is truly committed to getting IXSIR’s bottles to you!
